Key Responsibilities: • Manage all job scheduling, ordering materials for each job, and communicate with the field manager on job details and upcoming roofing projects. • Oversee payroll, billing, invoicing, and other financial operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Provide comprehensive support for field crews, ensuring they have the necessary information for each job. • Assist with scheduling jobs, coordinating customer interactions, and handling inquiries. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. • Handle sensitive information such as employee records, payroll, and contracts with professionalism and discretion. • Work closely with management to improve office systems, streamline procedures, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
